About This Policy

At BotFlowUPI, our mission is to make the web a better place by providing reliable and easy-to-use SaaS services. This Refund Policy, along with our Terms of Service and other related policies, applies to all customers using our platform.


1. Product Pricing & Subscription Term

The subscription contract becomes effective from the date the service is activated. All listed packages include a 7-day trial period. After the trial ends, the subscription enters an initial contract term of one (1) year (“Initial Term”).

After the Initial Term, the subscription may be renewed automatically through the Auto-Renewal system, if selected by the customer, for the same term duration.

2. Payment & Billing

The service fee for our packages (including Starter, Startup, Business, and Business+) is payable at the time of subscription through our website.

Customers make payments manually based on their selected prepaid plan (monthly or quarterly as applicable).

Please note: Subscription fees do not include the cost of the customer’s internet connection, which remains the customer’s responsibility.

3. Acceptance of Terms

Our SaaS service is provided under the condition that the customer accepts our Terms of Use: https://botflowupi.com/terms

By clicking the “Buy Now” button during checkout, the customer confirms acceptance of our Terms and Data Protection Policy without any reservation.

4. Account Termination

Both BotFlowUPI and the Customer may terminate the contract in case of serious misconduct, if the issue is not resolved within thirty (30) days after a formal notice is provided.

Serious misconduct may include (but is not limited to):

  • Non-payment of any invoice
  • Violation of the rights and usage scope granted under this agreement
  • Any attempt to compromise, intrude, or attack the integrity/security of the platform

The defaulting party agrees to compensate the other party for proven damages resulting from termination due to contractual breach.


5. Refund Conditions

In general, we do not offer refunds for our SaaS subscription packages. However, in certain situations, a customer may be eligible for a partial or full refund.

Refund requests may be considered if:

  • You accidentally purchased the subscription and immediately want to cancel.
  • You contact us within 24 hours of the purchase.
  • You provide your subscription details and a clear cancellation reason.
Important Note
All refund decisions are made solely by BotFlowUPI. By submitting a refund request, the customer agrees that no claim can be made against the platform beyond the final decision.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at: support@botflowupi.com

Make sure your email includes:

  • Registered email / account details
  • Purchased plan name
  • Transaction/payment reference (if available)
  • Reason for cancellation

7. Refund Processing Time

If the refund is approved, it may take up to 30 days to be processed, depending on the payment method and banking partners.
