Introduction

We are on a mission to make the web a better place. These Terms of Service (“Terms” / “Agreement”), along with our related policies including Privacy Policy and Account Access Policy, apply to all users.

Welcome to www.botflowupi.com, operated by DOUBLE SLASH INTERNET PRIVATE LIMITED, a company registered under the Companies Act, 2013, India, having its registered office at:

In these Terms, the company may be referred to as “BotFlowUPI”, “BotFlow-UPI”, “we”, “us”, “Company” or “1st Party”.

2. Definitions

The person or entity using this website (“Site”), including any applications, tools, plugins, extensions, APIs and related services provided through official third-party platforms, is referred to as “Customer”, “User”, “you”, or “2nd Party”.

The Company and the User may collectively be referred to as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party”.

3. Services

BotFlowUPI provides software and related services for paperless, hassle-free documentation and digital workflows. Services may include (but are not limited to):

• Electronic signature generation and facilitation
• Document storage, sharing, and digitization
• Validation and verification of documents based on user identity

4. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

5. Updates to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. It is your responsibility to review this page regularly. Your continued use of the Site and/or Services after updates are published means you accept the revised Terms.

6. Use of Brand Name

The name “BotFlowUPI” is used strictly as a brand identifier. It does not define, guarantee, or imply any specific business nature beyond our stated services and offerings.

7. Ownership of Content

BotFlowUPI does not claim ownership of any documents, files, or data submitted by you (“Content”). You retain full ownership rights in your Content.

However, you grant BotFlowUPI limited rights to store, copy, process, verify, and manage Content strictly for the purpose of providing the Services, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

8. Rights & Responsibilities of the User

8.1 User Rights

• You may subscribe to any available plan or service offering provided by BotFlowUPI.
• You may cancel/unsubscribe your plan at any time. In such cases, BotFlowUPI is not obligated to refund paid fees unless stated in our Refund Policy.
• You may opt out of promotional communication, but transactional/service alerts may still be sent.
• You maintain ownership rights over your submitted Content.

8.2 User Responsibilities

• You are fully responsible for your submitted Content including any claims related to IP rights.
• You must ensure your Content is free of viruses, malware, trojans, and malicious scripts.
• You must protect your login credentials and notify us immediately if compromise is suspected.
• You must not upload confidential information that you are not authorized to disclose under prior agreements with third parties.
• You agree not to use the Services for unlawful, abusive, harmful, spam, infringing, or disruptive activities.
• You must use trusted devices and secure networks to access your account.
• You will be solely responsible for third-party claims that arise from your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

9. Rights & Responsibilities of the Company

9.1 Company Rights

• We may change or discontinue free services and trial benefits at any time.
• We may refuse service where required registrations or prerequisites are not fulfilled.
• If a subscription is not cancelled, we may renew it automatically as per plan terms. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
• We may send transactional/service communications as required for service delivery.
• We may block malicious content or prevent platform misuse to ensure security.
• We may take protective actions (logout session, reset credentials) if suspicious activity is detected.
• We may publish limited references such as client name/logo for marketing or case study purposes.

9.2 Company Responsibilities

• We are responsible for maintaining security of the Site and associated systems.
• We aim to maintain maximum service uptime and minimize disruptions.
• We may perform maintenance/updates and notify users of scheduled downtime when possible.
• We maintain user privacy as described in our Privacy Policy.
• We provide invoices/receipts for all payments made by users.

10. License

Subject to these Terms, BotFlowUPI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Services for personal or approved business use only. Resale or redistribution is not permitted unless authorized in writing by BotFlowUPI.

You agree not to copy, modify, reverse engineer, rent, lease, sublicense, or bypass security measures of our Services unless explicitly permitted by law or approved by BotFlowUPI.

11. Links and Third-Party Content

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or content. BotFlowUPI does not control or guarantee third-party content and is not responsible for its accuracy, reliability, or availability.

If you link third-party merchant accounts to our Services, BotFlowUPI is not responsible for actions taken by merchants or associated financial institutions. Any blockage or restriction of linked accounts will not make BotFlowUPI liable.

12. Consent for Communication

To provide services, we may require your consent to send transactional, informational, and promotional communication through the contact details you provide.

You may opt out of promotional messages anytime. However, you cannot opt out of service-related communications required for delivering the Services.

It is your responsibility to check the Privacy Policy regularly to stay informed of any updates.

14. Feedback

If you submit feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you grant BotFlowUPI a perpetual and royalty-free right to use such feedback for improving our Services without any obligation to compensate or credit you.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BotFlowUPI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

16. Service Disclaimer

• BotFlowUPI provides Dynamic QR generation and related tooling for payment acceptance.
• BotFlowUPI does not operate as a payment gateway and does not settle funds between parties.
• Users are responsible for transactions and disputes must be resolved with the merchant directly.
• BotFlowUPI shall not be responsible for fraud/misconduct between users and merchants.

17. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BotFlowUPI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES. IN ALL CASES, TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR USING THE SERVICES.

18. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BotFlowUPI, its affiliates, officers, employees, licensors, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising due to your misuse of the Services or breach of these Terms.

19. Term of Agreement

This Agreement remains active for as long as you access or use the Site and/or Services, whether once or repeatedly.

20. Miscellaneous

• Force Majeure: Neither party is liable for delays beyond reasonable control.
• Assignment: No party may transfer obligations without written consent.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms replace prior discussions/agreements regarding the subject matter.
• Severability: If any clause is invalid, remaining clauses remain enforceable.
• Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
• Jurisdiction: All disputes will be subject to courts in Rajkot, India.
